Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We currently only accept payments through e-Transfer. We are trying to keep our costs down so we can allocate more to our chosen charities.
Q: Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
A: We know mistakes can happen but we would ask that if you do need to make a change, to visit our Contact page and send us an email within a couple hours of your order.
Q: How do I customize the captions for my cards?
A: We understand that the process may be confusing, so we hope the following step-by-step instructions will help make it easier for you.
Step 1) After clicking your desired product, you will find underneath the pictures and name of the product a place to select whether you would like your cards to be default, blank or custom (it is titled 'CAPTION').
Step 2) Once you have chosen the custom option, you will then have to click another box (located below) in order to write your desired captions.
Step 3) Upon clicking the box, an area will pop up to allow you to write your captions.
Step 4) To keep things simple, please write them like the example provided below:
Purrfect: Insert Custom Caption
Koality Time: Insert Custom Caption
Bear Hugs: Insert Custom Caption
If you can, please keep each caption under 50 characters, thanks!

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer free shipping to orders over $25. A small shipping fee of $2 will be charged to orders under $25.
We know you are excited to get your cards—we are excited to get them to you! We try really hard to get them to Canada Post within 2 days (no more than 5 days!) and once they have them, delivery is typically within 5 business days across Canada.
Q: Is there International shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Canada. However, we hope that in the future we can expand to ship internationally.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Generally we do not accept returns. However, in cases where our products arrive damaged (which we hope will never happen), we will be happy to work with you on a replacement or refund.
Q: What happens if my cards never arrive?
A: While we are not responsible for items that have not been delivered, we want to hear from you and want to make it right. If after 10 business days you have not received your cards, we ask that you visit our Contact page and send us an email through our contact us form.
